Our Story
Founded in 2015 by real estate veteran Adeola Johnson, Aria RealEstate was born from a simple frustration: the property market in Abuja was opaque, stressful, and filled with hidden costs. After her own challenging experience buying a home, Adeola envisioned a better way.
What started as a small boutique agency focusing on luxury properties in Maitama has grown into Abuja's most trusted digital real estate platform. In 2020, we embraced technology to scale our personalized service, developing proprietary algorithms for accurate valuations and market predictions.
